Warranty and Repairment

Terms of Warranty

  1. The warranty form should be fully completed and returned to iTach within 14 days commencing from the date of installation. (Data submit through website or by mail is also acceptable)
  2. iTach's technician will verify the information on every warranty service provide. Service fee will be charged if the data is invalid.
  3. Three (3) years limited warranty. 1st year on-site warranty covers full parts + labor cost + on-site repair service; the 2nd and 3rd year only covers full parts + labor cost and on-site services are excluded. It will charge separately on each repair service.
  4. On-site repair service is include product loan replacement / install / dismantle / labors and transportation if any.
  5. If customer wants to extend the on-site repair service warranty in the 2nd to 5th year, an additional warranty cost is required.
  6. The warranty service only covers original product. iTach will not bear any liability which caused by customer self change or upgrade any parts of Hardware. If request repair service is out of the warranty period, iTach will charge for every repair service. (Includes parts and labor cost)
  7. iTach accepts goods exchange for more than 5 dead / bright pixels found on the panel after installation.(Apply on every new unit only)
  8. Customer is required to sign back the customer satisfaction report after installation and quality checked
  9. In first 30 days after installation, if products have any abnormal defects incur and cannot repair after check by iTach technician, then iTach accepts for one to one replacement, but it does not include careless damage, improper software installation and operation.
  10. The installation and warranty services are only cover in Hong Kong area, No global service at the moment. For outlying islands or forbidden zone of Hong Kong, the installation and warranty service will provide subject to the situation, an additional cost will be charged if any.
  11. This warranty service covers hardware only. Metal casing and accessories such as connection cables, the CD are excluded in the warranty.
  12. The warranty service is offered to the product which has defect caused under normal use, in the judgment of iTach 's technician. The warranty is null and void under the following circumstances:
    • If the product has been damaged through abuse, misuse, negligence (such as bumping, wetting), fault voltage supply and natural calamities;
    • If the serial number has been altered, effaced or removed.
  13. Any defective part which has been replaced shall be iTach 's property.
  14. The warranty service offered to all replacement parts are under same warranty period of the product itself.
  15. Customer should backup his/her own hard disk contents of his/her own accord before repair. iTach shall not provide hard disk backup service.
  16. Storage: 1GigaByte (GB) = 1 billion bytes. The net hard disk storage capacity is subject to the deduction of pre-installed program capacity. The quality of high-definition TV single is subject to the District environment and the facilities of the building.
  17. iTach will not bear any liability for failed to complete installation if it is caused by the wall structure fails to support the installation of wall-mounted.
  18. Product specifications are subject to change without notice.
  19. Product pictures which stated on the catalogues are for reference only.
  20. iTach will not represent any third party products or services, not to provide maintenance for the products and services. iTach trademark is a registered trademark of iTach Technology Ltd. Microsoft, Windows and Windows 7/ 8.1 / 10 are registered trademarks of Microsoft Co., Ltd. in the United States or other countries. Core Inside, Intel, Intel Logo, Intel Core, Intel Inside, Intel Inside Logo are registered trademarks of Intel Corporation in the United States or other countries. Other companies, goods and service names may be registered trademarks of other companies or service marks.
  21. Daily working Hours: 9:30am – 6:00 pm (Monday to Friday)
  22. Repairs and maintenance requisition submit through website is also acceptable.
  23. In case of any disputes, iTach reserves all rights for final judgment.
